i have sf 11.04.2005 installed on one of my boxes,but
can't figure out how to start cardserver and mgcamd.

gbox,scam and camx are easy to setup as you can create
a starting file-gboxsw,scamsw and camxsw and add
your own starting process.i checked out the emusw for that.

newcamd ,evocamd and mgcamd will start without additional
starting file,
but cardserver will only start before newcamd and evocamd,
not mgcamd.
if i rename mgcamd to evocamd it will work,but then the skin
will show wrong active emu.

as the addon server is down,i'm trying to configure all emus manually.
